1991

INTRODUCED FIRST KARAOKE BAR WITH PRIVATE ROOM BUSINESS IN EAST COAST IN 1991 AT FLUSHING, NY

Developed over 50 Karaoke Bar and Restaurants so far.

1991, BEST KARAOKE, INC / Imported/exported Karaoke Equipment, developed Karaoke system Long island New York

1993

MAIN KARAOKE, MAIN ST, FLUSHING, NEW YORK

Karaoke Bar & Room Retail Store. Build up 3000sf retail space to 15 private karaoke rooms in modern design.
Closed.

HOTEL & COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

2007

EAST HOUSTON HOTEL, 151 East Houston ST, New York, NY

Completed construction of 42 keys boutique hotel in LES, NY. Located at 151 East Houston Street, 7 story
property including roof top garden and cafeteria in basement. Development Cost: $11M. Opened to public
Aug 2007. Sold 19M 2017.

2014

MIDTOWN WEST, 303 West 30ST, New York, NY

Completed renovation of 4 story building converting SRO to Hotel. Added new steel stair as well as new guest
rooms. 33 Guest Rooms including retail store front. Development Cost: 3M. Opened to public May 2014.
Currently Owned business. Business Value: 8M.
